This notice is for Twitch viewers whose chat messages, usernames, or related data may be processed when a Twitch channel uses Delta Cohost.

Delta Cohost is operated by Echo Forge Labs LLC (“Echo Forge Labs,” “Delta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Delta is an AI-assisted Twitch cohost, chat automation, ranking, loyalty, and stream-support service used by streamers.

You may never create a Delta account or see the Delta login screen. This notice explains how Delta may process viewer information when a streamer enables Delta for their channel.

1. What Delta may collect about viewers

When a streamer enables Delta for a Twitch channel, Delta may collect and process:

Delta may collect chat messages even if you do not directly mention or interact with the bot, because the streamer may enable features that use recent chat context, ranking, loyalty, automation, or debugging.

2. How Delta uses viewer information

Delta may use viewer information to:

Delta does not use viewer chat logs to create public databases of Twitch users. Ranking data is currently channel-specific and is not used to create cross-channel viewer profiles.

3. AI processing

Delta may send chat context, bot instructions, persona data, prompts, and generated outputs to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and xAI/Grok, to operate AI features.

Echo Forge Labs does not currently use viewer chat data to train Delta-owned AI models. If that changes, Echo Forge Labs will update its policies and obtain consent where required by law.

4. Retention

Raw chat-message history and bot-generated chat replies are generally retained in Delta’s active systems for approximately 30 days.

Diagnostic records, including API traces and operational debugging records, may be retained according to configured operational limits rather than exactly 30 days, and are deleted or overwritten as those limits are reached.

Delta may retain derived, channel-specific records longer, including:

Deleted data may remain for a limited time in temporary logs, security records, or backups, if such systems are enabled, until those records expire or are overwritten.

5. Requesting deletion or opt-out

You may request that Delta delete data associated with your Twitch account or stop retaining future tracking data associated with you.

To make a request, contact:

Email: delta@echoforgelabs.com

Please include:

If you opt out, some features may stop working or become less accurate for you or for the streamer’s channel, including ranking, loyalty points, rewards, personalization, troubleshooting, and abuse investigation.

Some data may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigation, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other permitted purposes.

6. Streamer-controlled features

Delta is configured by the streamer or their authorized representative. Streamers decide whether to enable Delta, how the bot behaves, what persona it uses, what automations run, what loyalty features exist, and how ranking features are used.

If you have concerns about how a specific channel uses Delta, you may contact the streamer and/or Echo Forge Labs.
