4. AI providers
Delta currently uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and xAI/Grok, to operate AI features.
We may send the following to AI providers as needed:
- Persona data.
- Bot instructions.
- Prompts.
- Recent chat context.
- Viewer messages.
- Channel settings.
- Generated-output history.
- Safety or ranking context.
- Other information needed to generate, classify, rewrite, rank, or respond.
Echo Forge Labs does not currently use customer channel data to train Delta-owned AI models. If that changes, we will update our policies and obtain consent where required by law.
Third-party AI providers process data under their own business/API terms and data-retention practices. Their practices may include temporary retention for abuse monitoring, security, compliance, service operation, or other permitted purposes.
5. Chat history and retention
Delta retains raw Twitch chat-message history and bot-generated chat replies in active systems for approximately 30 days.
We use this raw history for:
- Operating the service.
- Debugging reported issues.
- Investigating bugs.
- Supporting ranking and engagement systems.
- Maintaining safety and security.
- Troubleshooting bot behavior.
- Responding to support, abuse, or platform issues.
After approximately 30 days, raw chat-message history and bot-generated chat replies are deleted from active systems, unless retained longer as part of a support issue, abuse investigation, security record, legal requirement, payment dispute, account record, or similar exception.
Diagnostic records, including API traces and operational debugging records, may be retained according to configured operational limits rather than exactly 30 days, and are deleted or overwritten as those limits are reached.
Delta may retain derived, channel-specific records longer, including:
- Ranking data.
- Loyalty points.
- Viewer stats.
- Reward and redemption history.
- Account settings.
- Persona settings.
- Support records.
- Billing records.
- Security records.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics.
Deleted data may remain for a limited time in temporary logs, security records, or backups, if such systems are enabled, until those records expire or are overwritten.
6. Ranking and loyalty retention
Ranking and loyalty features require persistent records.
Delta may retain channel-specific ranking and loyalty records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain viewer stats, preserve points, process redemptions, support channel features, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, or honor account settings.
Ranking data is currently channel-specific only. We do not currently create cross-channel viewer profiles using ranking data.
If a viewer requests deletion or tracking opt-out, some ranking, loyalty, personalization, troubleshooting, and channel features may stop working or become less accurate for that viewer or channel.
7. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Twitch, as needed to use Twitch APIs, Twitch login, EventSub, chat, bot accounts, or other Twitch features.

We do not sell Twitch chat logs or viewer data. We do not use Twitch chat logs to create public databases of Twitch users.

- Keep you signed in.
- Remember settings.
- Secure accounts.
- Prevent abuse.
- Measure product usage.
- Improve performance.
If required by law, we will provide cookie choices or additional disclosures.
9. Viewer requests
Twitch viewers may request deletion or request that Delta stop retaining future tracking data associated with them.
A viewer request may require:
- Twitch username.
- Twitch user ID, if known.
- The channel where Delta processed the viewer’s chat.
- Approximate date range.
- Proof of control over the Twitch account, if needed.
If a viewer opts out, Delta will explain the likely effects. Opting out may reduce or disable ranking, loyalty, personalization, troubleshooting, and related features for that viewer.
Some data may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigation, dispute resolution, billing, enforcement, or other permitted purposes.
10. Streamer account deletion and Twitch disconnection
If you disconnect Twitch or disable Delta for a channel, Delta will stop collecting new channel chat for that channel once the disconnection or disablement is processed.
If you delete your Delta account, we will delete or anonymize personal information according to this policy, subject to retained records needed for:
- Billing.
- Taxes.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security.
- Abuse investigation.
- Legal compliance.
- Dispute resolution.
- Support records.
- Backups or logs until expiration.

13. International users
Echo Forge Labs is based in Arizona, United States. If you use Delta from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. We will process information as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
You are responsible for keeping your Twitch account, Delta account, bot account, devices, passwords, browser sessions, Local Agent installation, and credentials secure.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law, such as by updating the “Last updated” date, posting notice, sending notice, or requiring re-acceptance in the product.
