Delta Cohost Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Delta Cohost and is incorporated into the Delta Cohost Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

Delta is built to help Twitch streamers create lively, personalized, AI-assisted channel experiences. That includes sarcasm, jokes, playful rivalry, and streamer-approved roasting. This policy is not meant to ban personality. It is meant to prevent unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or platform-violating use.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your channel, bot account, persona, prompts, settings, automations, media, loyalty rewards, launch copy, and anything Delta posts, triggers, displays, or helps generate for your channel.

You must use Delta in a way that complies with:

• Applicable law.
• Twitch rules and policies.
• Delta’s Terms of Service.
• Delta’s Privacy Policy and Viewer Privacy Notice.
• This Acceptable Use Policy.
• Third-party rights and platform requirements.

2. Allowed tone and personality

Delta may be used for:

• Playful sarcasm.
• Streamer-approved roasting.
• Fictional rivalry.
• Edgy but lawful humor.
• Character-driven bot personas.
• Competitive trash talk within platform rules.
• Friendly trolling when it is not targeted abuse.
• Parody, commentary, tribute, or fictional inspiration where lawful and not deceptive.

However, channel tone does not override law, Twitch rules, or this policy. If a “roast” becomes threats, doxxing, stalking, sexual harassment, protected-class abuse, slurs, encouragement of self-harm, repeated unwanted targeting, or other prohibited conduct, it is not allowed.

3. Illegal activity

You may not use Delta to commit, encourage, coordinate, facilitate, or conceal illegal activity, including:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or identity theft.
• Malware, credential theft, account takeover, or unauthorized access.
• Doxxing, stalking, threats, extortion, blackmail, or swatting.
• Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services.
• Money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Child sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Circumvention of laws, platform rules, or safety systems.

4. Hate, threats, and serious abuse

You may not use Delta to generate, promote, or amplify:

• Hate speech or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics.
• Slurs or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, age, or similar protected traits.
• Threats of violence.
• Praise, support, or instructions for violent extremism or terrorism.
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Doxxing, stalking, targeted intimidation, or repeated unwanted targeting.
• Sexual harassment or sexually explicit targeting of a person.
• Harassment campaigns or brigading.

5. Spam, scams, and deceptive engagement

You may not use Delta to:

• Send spam.
• Create fake engagement.
• Offer false follows, false raids, false subscriptions, false giveaways, or deceptive promotions.
• Manipulate Twitch metrics.
• Run phishing or credential-harvesting messages.
• Mislead viewers about sponsorships, ads, promotions, rewards, or prize odds.
• Create bot loops or automated interactions that disrupt channels or platforms.
• Promote fraudulent products, investments, giveaways, sweepstakes, charities, or services.

6. Intellectual property and lawful content use

You may only use content, characters, names, likenesses, voices, images, audio, video, clips, brands, prompts, data, and other materials if you own them, have permission to use them, or have another lawful basis to use them.

You may not use Delta to infringe or misappropriate:

• Copyrights.
• Trademarks.
• Trade secrets.
• Rights of publicity.
• Privacy rights.
• Confidential information.
• Contractual rights.
• Platform rights.
• License terms.

Delta does not decide in advance whether your use is fair use, parody, licensed, public domain, transformative, or otherwise lawful. You are responsible for those decisions.

7. Deceptive impersonation

You may not use Delta to deceive viewers into believing the bot, channel, persona, content, or output is an unauthorized real person, company, streamer, celebrity, Twitch staff member, brand, rights holder, government official, emergency service, or other entity.

Allowed examples may include:

• Original fictional characters.
• Clearly labeled parody.
• Commentary or criticism.
• Non-deceptive inspiration.
• Authorized use of a brand, character, likeness, or persona.
• Roleplay that reasonable viewers would not mistake for the real person or entity.

Prohibited examples include:

• Pretending to be Twitch staff.
• Pretending to be another streamer without authorization.
• Using a celebrity’s identity to deceive viewers.
• Using a brand identity to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
• Using someone’s name, image, voice, or likeness in a misleading or unlawful way.

8. Regulated advice and high-risk decisions

You may not use Delta as a substitute for professional advice or high-risk decision-making.

You may not use Delta to provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, insurance, investment, emergency, or other regulated professional advice in a way that viewers could reasonably rely on as professional guidance.

Delta may be used for general entertainment, general wellness conversation, general financial literacy, or fictional roleplay only if it is clear, non-deceptive, and not presented as professional advice.

9. Sexual content and minors

You may not use Delta to create, solicit, sexualize, or distribute content involving minors.

You may not use Delta for non-consensual sexual content, sexual harassment, sexual coercion, or explicit sexual targeting of real people.

If you operate a mature channel, you remain responsible for age-appropriate settings, Twitch compliance, viewer safety, and any required disclosures.

10. Privacy and data misuse

You may not use Delta to:

• Collect, infer, expose, sell, or misuse private information.
• Reveal personal data without permission.
• Dox viewers, streamers, moderators, or third parties.
• Build public databases of Twitch users.
• Track viewers across channels through Delta, except as expressly supported by Delta and allowed by law and policy.
• Use Delta data for off-platform advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.
• Upload or process sensitive data unless you have authority and the use is lawful.

11. Security misuse

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, probe, scan, or bypass Delta systems.
• Circumvent usage limits, safety limits, access controls, subscriptions, rate limits, or account restrictions.
• Use stolen keys, tokens, sessions, cookies, credentials, or payment methods.
• Interfere with Delta, Twitch, AI providers, payment processors, AWS, Cloudflare, or third-party systems.
• Share vulnerabilities publicly before giving Echo Forge Labs a reasonable chance to investigate and fix them.

12. Local Agent misuse

You may not use the Local Agent to:

• Serve unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive media.
• Expose local files unintentionally or unlawfully.
• Attack a local network, viewer device, Twitch, Delta, or third-party system.
• Hide malware, spyware, credential stealers, or unauthorized software.
• Mislead viewers about what is being played, displayed, or triggered.

13. Enforcement

Echo Forge Labs may investigate suspected violations and may take action including:

• Warning you.
• Asking you to change settings, prompts, persona, automations, or media.
• Disabling bot output, automations, ranking, loyalty, Local Agent, or other features.
• Removing content or configurations.
• Suspending or terminating accounts.
• Canceling subscriptions where appropriate.
• Preserving records for investigation, safety, legal, or platform-compliance reasons.
• Reporting conduct to Twitch, payment processors, law enforcement, or rights holders where appropriate.

We may act without prior notice if we believe there is urgent risk.
